Welcome to Spring Creek Estate

My family have been involved in the wine industry in South Australia and New Zealand for many years meaning I have held an interest for the industry.

Whilst growing up in Marlborough, I have worked in the family vineyards and winery, learning from my aunty, Jane Hunter and winemaker Gary Duke.

I am now studying Oenology & Viticulture at Lincoln University.

The Spring Creek Estate label has given me a chance to understand the mechanics of the industry from viticulture through to marketing. Under the label I have introduced a range of Marlborough varieties selected by myself and winemaking colleagues. The Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Pinot Noir were chosen to reflect the characters of Marlborough’s Wairau Valley in the heart of New Zealand’s premier wine growing region.

The focus of this label is to show that expressive, quality wines are still able to be made at affordable prices.
